Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery - £4.50  (Free if spend is over £50)

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it and we post items via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.  You will receive a tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email/text we will send to you. Please note you will need to be available to sign for the package. 

Please note, due to the current Covid-19 situation we have been advised that Royal Mail are experiencing exceptional demand for their services, so items may take longer to arrive with you than under normal circumstances and you will not be required to sign for the package - your lovely postie will most likely knock on your door when they deliver to let you know to check your doorstep. 


Local Delivery - Free

We are happy to do a contactless doorstep drop delivery for addresses within a 5 mile radius of Ilkley.  Please do contact us if you are slightly further afield and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are currently doing contactless doorstep drop deliveries at least twice a week (depending on demand and areas) so your order should arrive within 48 hours. The timings of deliveries will vary and you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text when the doorstep drop has been completed so please keep an eye out for that and check your doorstep!  


Click & Collect - Free

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Saturday can be collected from our shop in Ilkley from 2pm onwards on the same day. We will let you know when your order is ready to collect by sending you the shipping confirmation email/text. Please bring a copy of your email order confirmation when you come to collect. *As we are respecting social distancing guidelines at Nora’s, we have limited the number of customers in the shop to 3 at any one time so you may have to queue in order to pick up your order.
