Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it and we post items via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery.  You will receive a tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email/text we will send to you. 

Click & Collect/Local Pickup from our Ilkley Shop - Free 

We will let you know when your order is ready to collect by sending you the shipping confirmation email/text. Please bring a copy of your email order confirmation when you come to collect your order. 
Your order should be ready to collect within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Please note that due to the delicate/fragile or bulky nature of some of our items we are unable to post them out to you and you will only have the option to CLICK & COLLECT/LOCAL PICK UP when you get to the checkout.  

How can I return an item? 

We hope you love your Nora’s purchases, but if you do wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you received your order, to send it back to us. 

For help with returns, just drop us an email to norasilkley@gmail.com letting us know your order number, which item/s you wish to return and why. We always try our best to respond to you within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).

We're sorry but as a small business we won't be able to refund your delivery or returns postage costs. (We hope to be able to one day in the future!)

Please remember when returning items, you must include your order number so we know who to process the refund to.
